I thought you might like to consider this to boost your sense of well-being.
The 3 P’s
You are already Pure – ditch the guilt
You are already Perfect – get rid of anyone else’s lower opinion of yourself.
You have endless Potential – no matter what you’ve been told in the past you can change that to “I can be, do or have whatever I want”.
Don’t think this is possible? Take moment to think about it.
Pure -look at a baby. Is there any way you can say a baby is not absolute 100% purity? Well you have that purity within you still. You just think you’re not because of other people’s projections onto you.
Perfection – We are already perfect, as above, because our true essence is one of perfection. We don’t rate ourselves as perfect again because of others opinions of us. In our “humanness” we make mistakes, it’s a given, but we can say to ourselves I am always changing and evolving for the better.
Potential -We have endless potential, we just have to let go of the shackles that hold us back. Often we label or are labelled as this or that. “He’s a dreamer” or “he’ll never amount to much” (I do believe that Richard Branson was told this at school or something similar). This can stick with us until we decide to let go and allow ourselves to be ourselves. Everyday holds endless potential, to change something, to say sorry, to understand at a deeper level, to apply for that new job, to chase that dream of something you have always wanted to do.
Having read this how does your sense of well-being feel? Does it feel lifted? If not, why not? What’s holding you back from believing in the above?
Let us know what you think of these statements and if they have changed the way you think of yourself. I do hope so.
