Given the tragic events of the last week I understand how much sadness, fear and concern for one’s safety is foremost in our lives but this can have a detrimental effect on your well-being causing a great amount of tension and worry as you are in the fight/flight reaction response. Wanting to keep ourselves in a state of well-being, health and happiness requires a certain amount of strength and perseverance.
When we are wanting to remain in a state of wellness we have to have the courage to let go of the negativity that can often be around us in our world both personal and global.
Choosing to let go of the fear that something awful might happen will allow you to release the tensions in your mind and your body, help you to keep a clear and focused mind on your intentions and bring about a sense of peace internally because your nervous system has calmed. When you choose to come from a place of love for yourself and for your world, you are minimising fear and not allowing it to control your life.
Try choosing to let go of a fear that is stopping you from living your life to the full. Try choosing to let go of the fear that has been put upon you from an outside source. Try choosing to come from a place of love no matter what is going on in the world around you. Notice how this makes you feel and most of all congratulate yourself for having the courage to look at life differently.
